Eyewitness records instant man takes down and takes away weapon from Bondi shooter

A total of fifteen individuals, including a minor, lost their lives due to a shooting incident aimed at a Jewish event at Bondi Beach on Sunday.

Many other victims are currently receiving treatment in hospitals.

Video footage taken by a witness depicts a man struggling with a suspected shooter, ultimately managing to disarm him.

During a press briefing, New South Wales Police Premier Chris Minns announced that one of the assailants had been fatally shot, while another remains in police custody.
