Besides triggering Bixby or Gemini, users of the Galaxy S26 will also be able to summon Perplexity by saying “hey, Plex.” The incorporation of Perplexity into Galaxy AI is just one aspect of the company’s commitment to a “multi-agent framework.”
Frequently, individuals will opt for different AI agents for various functions, depending on their unique strengths. Thus, Samsung is enabling the integration of diverse agents into the operating system. Hey, Plex isn’t merely a transparent version of the app embedded into a Galaxy device for quick answers. Naturally, Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event is just around the corner. We can anticipate hearing additional details about Galaxy AI and Samsung’s vision for a multi-agent future on the 25th.
