The political action committee dispatched partially pre-completed absentee ballot applications.

Despite all his bluster regarding voter fraud, Elon Musk has been among the most blatant violators of US election regulations. His America PAC has now received a reprimand from the Georgia State Election Board for distributing pre-filled absentee ballot applications. Georgia state law forbids anyone except an authorized family member from sending an absentee ballot application filled in with the voter’s details.
Individuals in Chattooga, Cherokee, Coweta, Floyd, and Whitfield counties have reported receiving absentee ballot applications from America PAC that were partially pre-filled. The State Election Board stated that these applications did not clarify they were not legitimate ballots and were not issued by the government, as mandated by law.
During the State Election Board meeting on February 18th, the board swiftly issued the reprimand. America PAC did not seem to send a representative or present a statement to justify its conduct.
This serves as yet another instance of Musk pushing the boundaries of election regulations, following his repeated suggestions of compensating individuals for signing a petition and registering to vote in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and other pivotal states. It’s also another case in which those proclaiming to be the most concerned about election integrity have been caught potentially breaching the law.
