Iran prepared to negotiate concessions to achieve a nuclear agreement, minister informs BBC in Tehran

During a discussion with the BBC in Tehran, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, the deputy foreign minister of Iran, stated that the initiative lies “with America to demonstrate their willingness to reach an agreement,” adding: “If they are genuine, I believe we will be heading towards a consensus.”
