Alphabet, Google’s parent organization, has surpassed $400 billion in its annual revenue for the first instance. The milestone was disclosed during its Q4 2025 earnings report published on Wednesday, featuring a 15 percent increase compared to the previous year, driven by growth in its cloud solutions and YouTube platform.

According to the earnings documentation, Google’s Cloud division achieved a $70 billion run rate in 2025, while YouTube’s yearly income skyrocketed beyond $60 billion through advertisements and subscriptions. CEO Sundar Pichai informed stakeholders that YouTube retains its position as the “leading streamer,” referencing statistics from Nielsen. The company now boasts over 325 million paying members, primarily through Google One and YouTube Premium.

Beyond the rapid growth in revenue and subscribers, Google revealed that its Gemini AI platform has exceeded 750 million users after the introduction of its Gemini 3 model in November, reflecting an increase of 100 million. Gemini 3 continues to lead the AI market, with a customized variant of the AI model set to enhance a more tailored experience of Apple’s Siri.

Moreover, Pichai remarked that Google Search has experienced unprecedented usage in recent months, indicating that daily AI Mode inquiries have doubled since its rollout. Google is set to capitalize on the popularity of its Gemini application and AI Mode, as it intends to integrate an agentic checkout feature into both functionalities.
