Grand romance … however, I was content with just an evening filled with thought exchanges and discovering what drives someone.

On time and a bit anxious, or maybe reserved.

Most uncomfortable moment?
I wouldn’t categorize it as awkward, but I found it challenging to respond to Julien’s excitement about a wedding in Vegas.

Eating tagliatelle without making noise is tough; I probably didn’t succeed, but Julien certainly did.

I sensed a doctor/lawyer vibe upon arrival … and it revealed she works in the medical field!

Life in Ireland. Radiography. Literature. Trumpism. Las Vegas weddings. The real story behind Paul Mescal’s revealing shorts.
Most uncomfortable moment?
Hmm … perhaps the beginning? We both seemed a bit out of our depth with the concept of blind dates and needed a moment to ease into it.
How were her table manners?
Very good.

Emma has some delightful stories and is knowledgeable about many subjects, which kept the conversation engaging and dynamic.
