Although Altman referenced an “agentic commerce protocol” aimed at enabling app users to experience “instant checkout” within ChatGPT, he later specified that information regarding monetization would be accessible “soon.”
Alongside the previously mentioned applications, others such as Expedia and Booking.com will be accessible in ChatGPT starting today. Applications from additional launch partners including Peloton, Target, Uber, and Doordash will be available within ChatGPT “in the coming weeks.”
